Abstract Analysis of medical record document is very important because it affects the service process performaed by medical personnel and affects the quality of services in a hospital. To the improving quality service hospital must do authority at regular intervals a minimum of three years. Research objectives is to know analysis document management in patient medical record SNARS 1.1 edition based on the hospital Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. The kind of research used is descriptive approach retrospective qualitative research. A method of data collection is done by observation and interviews on the management document in patient medical record. The results of the study of the 99 in-patient medical record number, name, gender, addres, entry date and date out indicating the level of percentage 100 %, the diagnose 92 % complete, main diagnose 87 % complete, hours of admission 98 % complete, the name of a doctor who treated 94 % complete, signature doctor who treated 40 % complete, stamp the name of docor 91 % complete. In a form medical record resume main diagnose 73 %, name of doctor 89 % complete, signature of DPJP 65 % complete, stamp the name of doctor 91 % complete. The medical documents in-patient analysis will is in accordance with standard operating procedure who are at the hospital but still has not been conducted well. Hence raising awareness and discipline a clerk or physician who responsible for the completeness of the data socialization way will the importance of medical on related units.
