Preschool-aged children who are undergoing a process of considerable physical and mental development and growth need balanced nutritional intake. A mother needs to have basic knowledge and menu planning about healthy and balanced nutrition because children's food consumption is determined by their mothers. This community dedication was held at Bumble Bee Kindergarten Banjarbaru, which was attended by 35 participants. This community dedication aims to increase mothers’ knowledge about nutrition in preschool children using education, demonstrations in planning and cooking the food menus with balanced nutrition principles through Whatsapp Group media. The results showed an increase of mothers' knowledge as much as 57.2% obtained from the pre-test and post-tests. This nutritional education method can be applied to families, especially to mothers with preschool children
