Abstract

Depreciation the impact of not carrying out shrinkage of the storage room will be full so that it will be difficult for officers to find active medical record files. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of shrinking medical record files at the Kertak Hanyar Health Center. This research instrument uses observation and interview methods. The results of this study on human resources are appropriate because those who carry out the shrinkage of inactive medical record files are carried out by human resources in accordance with their duties and functions, the implementation of standard operating procedures for shrinking medical record files is appropriate because it is based on standard operating procedures, shrinkage activity of transferring active medical record files to inactive by looking at the last year of patient visits is appropriate because of the implementation of transferring active medical record files to inactive, microfilming of medical record files is not appropriate because medical record microfilming activities are not carried out, Destruction of medical record files that have been microfilmed is not appropriate Because there is no destruction of medical record files that have been microfilmed, scanner activities in medical record files are not appropriate because they do not carry out scanners on medical records. The implementation of shrinking medical record files at the Kertak Hanyar Health Center is not suitable for microfilmization, destruction and scanners.
