Abstract

Outpatient services are the provision of non-regular outpatient health services at hospitals that are organized through specialist-subspecialist doctor services in one integrated room facility specifically without staying at a hospital with above standard facilities and infrastructure. Hospitals providing Outpatient Services must meet the requirements which include personnel, organization, buildings, facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to find out how medical records were administered at Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are that for the flow of patient registration at the Banjarbaru regional hospital there are no regulations regarding patient registration. In terms of security and confidentiality, it is guaranteed, because you have to log in using your own username and password. In terms of design, the form is in accordance with the anatomical aspects of the form where there are already missing headings, introductions, instructions and closes. There are two ways to distribute medical record data at the Banjarbaru ideal regional hospital, namely manually and electronically.
