Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services. There are four minimum service standards in medical record, namely medical record occupancy 1 x 24 hours from the time the patient returns home by the treating doctor, completeness of informed consent, provision of outpatient medical records within 10 minutes and provision of inpatient medical records within 10 minutes. 15 minutes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of minimum service standards at the Pambalah Batung Amuntai Hospital. The research method used is qualitative with a quantitative approach. The main informants in this study were outpatient registration officers and inpatient registration officers. The triangulation informants from this study were the head of the medical record installation and the medical record officer at the filing section. The population of this study is all medical record files of outpatients and inpatients in October, November and December 2021. The sample of this study was 390 medical record files. The results of the study The completeness of outpatient medical record files was 90% complete while 10% incomplete in 98 outpatient medical record files. The completeness of the informed consent file for inpatients is 75% complete while 25% incomplete in 98 informed consent files of inpatients. The time for providing outpatient medical record files, the average time for providing outpatient medical record files is 11 minutes 46 seconds. The time for providing inpatient medical record files, the average time for providing inpatient medical record files is 10 minutes 39 seconds.
